Pallets Manufacture
At TD Timbers we manufacture pallets that are custom designed to meet our customers’ specific needs.

Where required, we conduct site visits to understand operational requirements and provide the most suitable pallet solution.

We use premium ring shank nails throughout our assembly process to ensure excellent structural integrity and long-term durability.
All timber used in our pallet manufacturing process is sourced from sustainably managed plantations.
PRODUCT 02
Edge Lamination
Edge lamination is the process of joining timber boards along their narrowest edge to create larger and stronger timber components.
At TD Timbers we machine an engineered “F” joint along the full length of the timber edge.
This process:
• Increases bonding surface area
• Creates a mechanical friction lock
• Produces exceptionally strong joints
• Improves stability and durability
Our team evaluates every project individually to determine the most suitable timber species, adhesive systems and manufacturing methods.
Our lamination facility is capable of producing customised edge-laminated tops in varying:
• Thicknesses
• Widths
• Lengths
Using both hard and soft woods.

Wood Moulding
Wood flooring and decking remain one of the most attractive and durable building materials available.
